/KASE, July 15, 2022/ – As announced earlier, on July 13, 2022, the Listing
Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2C00008654 (TMJLb10; KZT1,000, KZT150.0 bn; 2 years, floating semi-annual
coupon – TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin will be determined based
on the results of the first successful trades on bonds placement; actual/365) of
NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Nur-Sultan) in the "bonds" category of KASE
official list's main market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is July 14, 2022.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
