/KASE, March 4, 2022/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated March 4, 2022, common shares KZ1C00001189
(KASE alternative market, sector "shares", SKLK) of ERG Exploration JSC
(Rudny) were excluded from KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect on March 5, 2022.
This decision was made on the basis of the application of ERG Exploration JSC
(ERG Exploration) for voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official
list.
These shares had been included in the second category of KASE official list
since October 20, 2015; since June 1, 2017 they had been in the "shares" sector
of KASE official list's alternative market. Trading in them had been opened
since January 18, 2016.
