/KASE, December 20, 2021/ – As announced earlier, Listing Commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 20, 2021 made a decision to include bonds
KZ2C00008332 (BTRKb8; KZT1,000, KZT55.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, 11.00 %
per annum; 30/360) of National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Nur-Sultan) in
the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
The Listing Commission decision's effective date is December 20, 2021.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
