/KASE, March 30, 2021/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that
from March 30, 2021, the following bonds of National managing holding
"Baiterek" JSC (Nur-Sultan) have been excluded from KASE official list due to
their annulment:
- KZ2C00006088 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTRKb2; KZT1,000,
KZT40.0 bn; 28.06.19 – 28.06.29; semi-annual coupon, 9.50 % APR; 30/360);
- KZ2C00006203 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTRKb3; KZT1,000,
KZT25.0 bn; 29.08.19 – 29.08.29; semi-annual coupon, 9.75 % APR; 30/360).
This decision was made on the basis of copies of certificates of the Agency of
the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial
Market on annulment of these bonds from March 18, 2021, provided by National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC.
The annulment of these bonds was registered in the accounting system of
Central Securities Depository JSC on March 29, 2021.
