National managing holding "Baiterek" says that Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market annulled fifth bond program and bonds KZ2C00006088 (BTRKb2) and KZ2C00006203 (BTRKb3)

/KASE, March 29, 2021/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of certificates of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on the cancellation from March 18, 2021 of the fifth bond program of the company and the first and second bond issues thereunder: - KZ2C00006088 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTRKb2; KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 28.06.19 – 28.06.29; semi-annual coupon, 9.50 % APR; 30/360); - KZ2C00006203 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BTRKb3; KZT1,000, KZT25.0 bn; 29.08.19 – 29.08.29; semi-annual coupon, 9.75 % APR; 30/360). According to the provided certificates, the issues of the mentioned bonds were canceled due to the redemption by the issuer of all issued bonds on the secondary securities market.
