/KASE, February 26, 2021/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) from March 1, 2021, the following
securities of AsiaCredit Bank JSC (Almaty) will be excluded from KASE official
list:
- ordinary shares KZ1C00001221 (KASE main market, category "bonds",
LARI);
- bonds KZ2C00001766 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb2);
- bonds KZ2C00002418 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb3);
- bonds KZ2C00002459 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb4);
- bonds KZ2C00002848 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb5);
- bonds KZ2C00003481 (KASE main market, category "bonds", LARIb6).
KASE's conclusion dated February 24, 2021 noted that the reason for the
delisting of these securities is the stripping of AsiaCredit Bank JSC of the
license to conduct banking and other transactions and conduct activities in the
securities market.
