I confirm that I am a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 18 years of age or older, a client of a member of the Exchange, have a valid brokerage account, am not an employee of the Exchange, KASE Clearing Centre JSC or a member of the Exchange, and that the details I have provided are accurate.

I give Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC my consent to the collection and processing of my data (surname and first name, client code, name of the Exchange member, contact phone number, email address) and of information on trades concluded under my client code during the competition for the purposes of registration, holding the competition, calculating and publishing its results under my trading nickname, contacting me, awarding the prize and fulfilling the obligations of a tax agent; and to the transfer of the information to the Exchange member I have specified to confirm the client code and to the sponsor to the extent necessary for awarding its prize.

The Exchange is not liable for not receiving the electronic registration form due to a malfunction of the applicant’s technical equipment or a failure of communication channel used by them if the electronic form was available on the Exchange’s website during the relevant period.
