/KASE, April 28, 2021/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated April 28, 2021, common shares KZ1C00001494
(KASE main market, category "standard", KZAL) of KAZAKHALTYN Mining-Metallurgical
Concern JSC (Stepnogorsk) were excluded from KASE official list.
This decision was made on the basis of the statement of KAZAKHALTYN
Mining-Metallurgical Concern JSC on voluntary delisting of these shares from
KASE official list and is effective from April 29, 2021.
These shares had been included in KASE official list since January 3, 2018 in
the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market. Trades in them
have been open since January 29, 2018.
