рейтинговое агентство Fitch Ratings присвоило в четверг еврооблигациям
Банка развития Казахстана на $150 миллионов окончательный
долгосрочный рейтинг "ВВВ".
Евробонды были выпущены в виде нот участия в кредите с фиксированной
ставкой, установленной на уровне 6,0 процента годовых.

FITCH ASSIGNS DEVELOPMENT BANK OF KAZAKHSTAN'S LATEST
SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES FINAL "BBB"
Fitch Ratings has today assigned the Development Bank of Kazakhstan's
("DBK") issue of USD150 million 6% fixed-rate loan participation notes due
March 2026 a final Long-term 'BBB' rating. Further details on the issue can be
found in Fitch's announcement dated 3 March 2006 on www.fitchresearch.com.
DBK was established in 2001 as a 100% state-owned company with the
objective to foster Kazakhstan's economic development by providing medium- to
long-term financing for infrastructure and production sector projects, and by
issuing pre-export loans and guarantees. At 1 January 2006, approximately 85%
of the bank's shares were held by the government of Kazakhstan, with the
remaining 15% equally spread between the local government bodies of 14
regions and the cities of Almaty and Astana. DBK's total assets, net loans and
shareholders' equity were KZT140 billion, KZT46bn and KZT72bn, respectively
at end-2005.
