London, 17 April 2013 – Moody's Investors Service has today withdrawn Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC 's following ratings: – Long-term local and foreign currency issuer rating of Ba2 with a stable outlook; and – Short-term local and foreign currency issuer rating of Not Prime with a stable outlook. Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC had no outstanding debt rated by Moody's at the time of the withdrawal. RATINGS RATIONALE Moody's has withdrawn the rating for its own business reasons. Headquartered in Astana, Kazakhstan, Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC reported total assets of KZT86.5 billion ($574 million), and net income of KZT387 million ($2.6 million) as of year-end 2012, according to its audited financial statements under IFRS.
