/KASE, May 13, 15/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on June 2, 2015 at 11:00 o'clock a general meeting of the company's KZP01Y10E533 (KZ2C00002426, KASE official list, other debt securities category, CAEPb1) bondholders will begin. The only item on the agenda is the bond issue conditions change. The mentioned meeting of shareholders will be held at 89 Karasai batyr str., Almaty. The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the said meeting will be drawn up as of June 2, 2015.
