Kazakhstan extended its oil and condensate production by 9.1% in January of 2004 /REUTERS, Almaty, February 13, 04/ - Oil and gas condensate production in Kazakhstan totaled 4.65 m tones of oil, and grew by 9.1 per cent relative to corresponding period of the last year, Statistics agency informed. Crude oil production in January 2004 increased by 7.5 per cent relative to January of the last year and reached 4,029 m tones of oil, gas condensate - growth of 20.4 per cent to 618.6 th. of tones. In 2003 oil and gas condensate production had grown to 51.4 m tones from 47.2 m tones in previous year. [2004-02-13]
