State block of shares of Kazakhtelecom JSC at the rate of 6,068,265 common shares has been passed to Samruk Holding JSC

/KASE, May 10, 06/ - Kazakhtelecom JSC (Astana), shares of which are traded in KASE's official "А" listing category has informed KASE of that pursuant to the order of Committee of state property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 27 of 2006 the state block of shares of Kazakhtelecom JSC at the rate of 6,068,265 common shares had been passed to Kazakhstan holding on management of state assets Samruk JSC (Samruk holding JSC) in the payment of offered shares. On April 28 of 2006 the specified shares were enrolled into personal account of Samruk holding JSC in connection with that of specified date Samruk holding JSC entered into the force of shareholder of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
