/KASE, May 3, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded on Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official listing "A" category, informed with official letter about offering of its shares in the amount of 902,000 at the price of KZT10,000.00 per one share. "Thus, the total sum of offered shares totaled KZT17,920,000,000," - noted in the message of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC. As it was reported earlier, this issue of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company, consisted of 1,792,000 common shares, was registered by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial institutions on March 31, 2006 and was included in state register of securities under number А4532.
