Changes in the management of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC

/KASE, May 3, 06/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose securities are traded in official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE), provided KASE with official letter of that pursuant to the decision of special general meeting of shareholders dated April 27 of 2006 Aytekenov K. M., Uzkekov G.N., Masimov K.K., Utembaev Y.A., Shalgimbaev K.B. were removed from membership of Board of the directors of the bank. In the membership of Board of the directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan have been elected: - Askar R. Yelemesov as Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Kayrat N. Kelimbetov as Chairman of Board of stable development Kazyna fund JSC; - Yerbol T. Orynbaev as Deputy administrator of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Bolat A. Palymbetov as Vice-Minister of Economy and budget planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kayrat N. Kelimbetov of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC is elected as Chairman of Board of the directors. In compliance with decision of special general meeting of shareholders the discharge of duties of the president of bank is entrusted with Askar B. Sembin. [2006-05-03]
