Troika Dialogue plans to open representative office in Kazakhstan

(IC) Troika Dialogue plans to open representative office in Kazakhstan.
"We have plans to open office in Kazakhstan," - the executive director of bank's
activities managing of IC Troika Dialogue, Talant Begaliyev, informed Interfax-
Kazakhstan agency on Friday.
Talant Begaliyev, responsible for business group developing of Troika Dialogue
Company in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, did not give exact terms on opening of
the representative office, but he noted, "it could happen during 18 months".
Troika Dialogue is an investment company, established in 1991. The key
directions of its activities are trade operations on securities, bank-investments
services and trustworthy assets managing. The group consists of the head office
in Moscow, branchy net in the seven biggest cities of Russia, also in New York,
London and Kiev. The company conducts deals on finance attractiveness,
merging and takeover, business restructuring and consulting of leading Russian
and Western companies. Troika Dialogue took part in 7 from 17 IPO Russian
companies, and also was a co-leading IPO manager of KazakhGold Company on
London stock exchange.
As it was informed in November of last year, KazakhGold (mother company of
Kazakhstan mining and smelting concern Kazakhaltyn) offered 25% of shares as
GDR on London stock exchange.
$196.6 m. were borrowed as a result of IPO conducting.
