(Almaty), within listing requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock
exchange (KASE) its specified non-audited financial statement for year
2005. Similar indicators for year 2004 are given in parentheses.
According to the presented data, the company's net profit for the indicated
period totaled KZT134,907 th. and decreased compared to year 2004 by
KZT84,003 th. (KZT218,910 th.).
According to data of BTA ORIX Leasing JSC income from ready products
sale (goods, works, services) in passed year was KZT4,212.3 m.
(KZT3,681.1 m.) while its prime cost was KZT3,391.6 m. (KZT3,121.9 m.).
Assets of the company as at the end of 2005 were KZT4,728.3 m., whereas
at the end of 2004 this indicator did not exceed KZT3,650.8 m.
Equity capital of the company as of December 31 of 2005 was KZT1,450.5
m. having grown during the year by KZT897.6 m. (KZT552.9 m.) At that,
authorized capital in year 2005 grew by KZT1,003.0 m. to KZT1,300.2 m.
(KZT297.2 m.). Unpaid authorized capital was absent in accounting balance.
