PAVLODARENERGO JSC (KAZAKHSTAN) PLANS TO SELL 40% SHAREHOLDING OF PAVLODARENERGOSERVICE JSC ON KASE

/KASE, April 24, 06/ - PAVLODARENERGOSERVICE JSC (Pavlodar), of which shares and bonds are traded in official "A" listing category on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), informed KASE, that Agency for regulations natural monopolies f Republic of Kazakhstan on Pavlodar oblast approved decision of PAVLODARENERGO JSC on transferring 40% shareholding of PAVLODARENERGOSEVICE JSC to trade portfolio for the purpose of their purchase on securities organized market by means of KASE. This decision was taken in order to attract institutionalized investors and minoritary shareholders. As of April 1 of 2006 89.16% from the total number of offered shares of PAVLODARENERGOSERVICE was in ownership of PAVLODARENERGO JSC. [2006-04-24]
