FSA approved report about results of KZPC5Y05B650 (CCBNb12) issue bonds offering of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, April 17, 06/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has provided KASE with a copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) about approval of report of the company's bonds offering results dated March 31, 2006. According to submitted document FSA approved report about results of offering of Bank CenterCredit JSC KZPC5Y05B650 issue bonds (CCBNb12, KZT100, KZT5.0 bn.; December 27, 05 - December 27, 10, semiannual fixed coupon, 9.0% APR, 30/360). This issue of bonds is the fifth within the first bond program, registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 6, 2005 for a total of KZT50.0 bn. under B65 number, and is the twelfth issue of the company's domestic bonds, which passed KASE's listing procedure.
