Government determined staff of the Board of directors of Samruk state holding

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, April 12, 06/ - Kazakhstan's government has determined the staff of the board of directors of Kazakhstan holding on state assets management Samruk JSC. The proper resolution was signed by Daniyal Akhmetov country's prime- minister on April 7. According to the resolution, following persons have been included in the staff of the board of directors: Bolat Palymbetov vice-minister of economy and budget planning, Askar Yelemesov vice-minister of finance, Sauat Mynbayev acting executive director of Kazakhstan holding on state assets management Samruk JSC (as agreed, Alexandr Pavlov independent director of the JSC (as agreed). The government has charged the ministry of economy and budget planning jointly with the committee of state property and privatization of Finance ministry "in the legislative order provide election of the Board of directors of Kazakhstan holding on state assets management Samruk JSC in this staff" the resolution says. Besides, according to the resolution, the government resolved to make a proposal concerning the second candidature for the post of independent of the JSC within one month. [2006-04-12]
