/KASE, April 3, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated March 31 of 2006 XS0244509963 issue bonds of
JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (Columbus, Ohio state)
(KZT10.0/1.0 m.; KZT13.2 bn.; 02.14.06-02.14.06, semi-annual coupon
indexed on inflation rate, for the first circulation year, 30/360) have been
included in KASE's official "A" listing category under US_JPM_e1 symbol.
Date, on which the mentioned decision will take effect, will be announced
later after the issuer pays the listing fee for these securities (the listing
agreement between KASE and JPMorgan Chase Bank has been made
already).
Information about opening of trades in the bonds on KASE will also be given
later.
The mentioned bonds were offered in full volume by subscription among
accumulative pension funds of Kazakhstan.
According to circular of bond issue, Kazinvestbank JSC, Kazkommertc
Invest JSC and TuranAlem Securities JSC (all in Almaty) acted as its
organizers in Kazakhstan. Kazinvestbank JSC also appears as an agent on
subscription of assets in Kazakhstan.
Subsidiary Bank HSBC Bank Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) is the major payment
agent; Deutsche Bank Luxemburg S.A. is the payment agent and listing
agent in Luxemburg; HSBC Bank Plc is the registrar in London (United
Kindom).
