Shareholders of Ornek XXI JSC (Kazakhstan) determined the company's auditor BDO Kazakhstanaudit LLP

/KASE, March 29, 06/ - Ornek XXI JSC (Almaty, hereinafter- company), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has provided KASE with copy of the minutes of prescheduled general meeting of its shareholders, which was held on March 15, 2006. According to the meeting's agenda the company's shareholders adopted the following decisions: - making changes and additions in the company's charter and to approve charter in new edition; - to authorize the company's Chairman of the Board to sign charter in new edition and to register in justice bodies of Iliisk region of Almaty oblast; - to determine BDO Kazakhstanaudit LLP as auditing organization, which will hold audit of the company's financial statement.
