/IRBIS, Natalya Kuznetsova, March 10, 06/ - Ust-Kamenogorsk titanium-
magnesium combine JSC (UKTMC JSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk), within listing
requirements, has presented to Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) its non-
audited consolidated financial statement of for 2005. Similar indicators for
year 2004 are given in parentheses.
According to the presented data, the company's net profit in the mentioned
period totaled KZT957.5 m. and grew compared to 2004 by KZT172.7 m.
(KZT784.8 m.).
According to data of UKTMC JSC income from ready products sale
(goods, works, services) the last year equaled KZT13,708.2 m.
(KZT12,025.4 m.) while its prime cost was KZT11,176.3 m. (KZT10,069.2
m.).
Assets of the company as of December 31, 2005 were KZT9,861.1 m.,
whereas at the end of 2004 this indicator was KZT9,237.7 m.
Equity capital of the company at the end of 2005 reached KZT9,454.4 m.
having grown by KZT880.3 m. (KZT8,574.1 m.). At that, authorized capital
for 2005 is estimated by the company at KZT169.2 m. (KZT157.5 m.).
Unpaid authorized capital was absent according to balance sheet.
