Changes in the management of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC

/KASE, February 24, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty,
hereinafter - Company), whose bonds are included in Kazakhstan stock
exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, provided KASE with copy
from minutes of the Company's Board of directors meeting dated February
15 and 20, 2006.
On February 15, 2006 the Company's Board of directors accepted the
following decisions:
to elect Askar R. Yelemesov as the Chairman of the Company's Board
of directors;
to stop authorities before time of members of the Company's Board-
Saduov M.T., Saulebai M.O., Sagindykova M.O.;
to approve Rustembek K. Ibraimov on the position of deputy Chairman
of Board ad to elect member of the Company's Board;
to approve Sapargali M. Alikulov on the position of deputy Chairman of
Board ad to elect as a member of the Company's Board;
to appoint Assel Sh. Tulbayeva on the position of chief of internal audit
service;
to appoint Anar Zh. Abdikalikova on the position of chief auditor of
internal audit service;
On February 20, 2006 the Company's Board of directors decided to elect
Azamat A. Ibadullayev as a Chairman of the Company's Board.
The Company's letter also informs, that according to order dated February
17, 2006 #79-ะป execution of obligations of deputy Chairman of the Board is
put upon Maiko O. Sagindykova - Advisor of the Company's Chairman of the
Board
