Creation conception of holding company Samruk will be considered in the government on February 21 - head of Economy ministry

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, February 15, 06/ - Creation conception of Kazakhstan holding for management of state assets Samruk will be considered in the government on February 21. "The next Tuesday on the meeting of the government we will submit creation conception of state holding company Samruk. In management of holding in medium term prospect assets of 25 national companies will be transferred. These are those companies which mostly affect development of our country's economy - this is the main principle of their selection", - Kairat Kelimbetov, economy and budget planning minister said to agency Interfax- Kazakhstan on Wednesday in lobbies of the republic's parliament. He also confirmed, that on the first stage in holding's authorized capital will be included state stakes of 5 companies: Kazpost JSC, national companies for management of electric mains KEGOC, Kazakhtelecom JSC, national oil and gas companies of the republic KazMunaiGaz, and also Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC (railroad). "According to conception (of state holding creation. - IF), all rights of usage, ownership and disposal with these assets will be transferred to authorized capital of created holding", - the minister said.
