Changes in the Board of directors of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC

/KASE, February 14, 06/ - Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, by the official letter informed KASE that by the order of Finance ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 10, 2006 #50 authorities of members of the Board of directors are stopped before time, elected by the order of Finance ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 24, 2004 #462 and dated October 28, 2005 #Л-507. In the Board of directors of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC are elected: - Askar R. Yelemesov - Finance Vice-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Vladimir N. Chirkov - deputy Chairman of Committee on construction matters and housing and communal services of Industry and trade ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Nikolai V. Kadyukov - deputy Chairman of Committee of state property and privatization of Finance ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan; - Azamat A. Ibadullayev; - Gulbanu Z.
