/KASE, February 8, 06/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated February 8 of 2006 KZPC1Y03B878 issue bonds of
Tsesnabank JSC (Astana) (TSBNb3; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; February 8, 06 -
February 8, 09, semi-annual coupon, 8.0% APR, 30/360) have been included
in KASE's official "A" listing category.
This decision took effect since February 8 of 2006 because the issuer paid
to KASE the listing fee for these securities.
This is the first issue made within the bank's first bond program, which was
registered by Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and
supervision of financial market and financial organizations on January 6 of
2006 for a total of KZT15.0 bn. under B87 number, and the bank's third issue
of domestic bonds, which has passed listing procedure on KASE.
