Country's head signed decree about foundation of state assets management holding

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, February 2, 06/ - Kazakhstan state assets management holding JSC Samruk JSC has been founded in Kazakhstan. Corresponding decree "About measures on further provision of the state interests assurance in the management of the state economic sector", signed by Nursultan Nazarbayev on January 28, on Thursday was published in the official press. The president charged with approving the memorandum about main principles of Samruk holding's activity within two weeks, approve the list of national companies and other joint-stock companies, state blocks of shares of which will be transferred to the authorized capital of the JSC. In compliance with the decree, corresponding changes and additions in normative legal acts are to be included within a month, and other measures following from this decree are to be taken. Execution of the decree is controlled by the president's administration. The decree takes effect since the day of signing. [2006-02-02]
