KASE determined leading operators of the exchange's GS purchase-sale sector in January 2006

/IRBIS, Assel Omarova, February 1, 06/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) determined the list of companies - leading operators of exchange's market of government securities (GS) purchase-sale in Kazakhstan in January 2005. Companies are ranked according to the stake of deals made by them in total gross turnover of trades (total of purchased and sold bonds). Position of each participant is expressed in the currency of payments - tenge. A total of 25 companies participated in making GS purchase-sale deals on KASE in January, excluding the National Bank. Below is the list of ten most active operators given in descending order of their stakes in total deals volume (companies' headquarters are in Almaty) and their positions in December 2005.
