Kazakhstan Bank CenterCredit floated eurobonds for $300 m.

/INTERFAX, Moscow, January 27, 06/ - Company CenterCredit International
B.V. floated eurobonds for $300 m., dedicated for financing of deposit in
Kazakhstan Bank CenterCredit, Bloomberg agency informed.
Bonds' yield, issued with 5 year circulation term, is 8%. Managers of
floatation were Citigroup and ING Bank.
International rating agency Fitch assigned issue of eurobonds of company
CenterCredit International B.V. long-term rating "ВВ-". At present time the
bank's long-term rating is also at the level "ВВ-".
As it was informed, CenterCredit provides unconditional and irrevocable
guarantee on duly and full payment of eurobonds as per trust agreement
between the bank and Deutsche Trustee Company Limited.
Bank CenterCredit is one of the six biggest banks of Kazakhstan. By the
results of the first half of 2005 CenterCredit occupied 32nd place on volume
of assets in ranking of Interfax-1000: Banks of CIS, prepared by Interfax-
CEA.
