FSA registered KZPC1Y03B878 issue bonds of Tsesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, January 14, 06/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of certificate about the state registration of its bond issue. The issue, consisting of 5.0 bn. coupon unsecured bonds with the face value of KZT1.00 each, was registered by Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) on January 6 of 2006. The bonds have been assigned KZPC1Y03B878 national identification number and included in the state securities register under B87-1 number. This bond issue is the first one made within the first bond program of Tsesnabank JSC. [2006-01-14]
