Schedule of events on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from January 9 till January 15 of 2006

/IRBIS, Yelena Korpusenko, January 6, 06/ - In the period from January 9 till January 15 of 2006 on the stock market of Kazakhstan corporate debt the following events are planned. It should be taken into account, that on January 10 and 11 Kazakhstan market will not function. January 9 - 13 period, in which Karazhanbasmunay JSC (Aktau) is to pay the fourth coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY05A960 issue bonds indexed on tenge devaluation (KASE's official "A" listing category, KARMb2; KZT1,000, KZT11.1 bn.; December 29, 03 - December 29, 08, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 9.10% APR for the reporting period). If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT505,050.0 th. (bondholders' income is protected from strengthening of tenge against dollar). January 9 - January 14 period, in which Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) is to pay the first coupon to holders of its KZPC6Y10B195 issue subordinate bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, HSBKb9; KZT10,000, KZT3.0 bn.; July 6, 05 - July 6, 15, semi-annual coupon, 7.50% APR). If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT112.5 m. According to issue terms the payment is to be made till January 16 of 2006 inclusive. January 9 - January 14 period, in which Temirbank JSC (Almaty) is to pay the first coupon to holders of its KZPС1Y10B550 issue bonds (KASE's official "A" listing category, TEBNb4; KZT10,000, KZT5.0 bn.; July 7, 05 - July 7, 15; current semi-annual coupon, 8.00% APR for the first circulation year). If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT200.0 m. According to issue terms the payment is to be made till January 24 of 2006 inclusive. January 12 register of holders of KZPС1Y07B648 issue bonds of BTA Ipoteka JSC (KASE's official "A" listing category, BTAIb7; KZT100, KZT4.0 bn.; July 13, 05 - July 13, 12, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation rate, 8.9% APR for the current period) is fixed. Register is fixed for the first coupon payment. On January 12 and 13 of 2006 bonds will be quoted on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. January 13 -date, on which BTA Ipoteka JSC starts paying the first coupon to holders of its KZPС1Y07B648 (BTAIb7) issue bonds. If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT178.0 m. According to issue terms the payment is to be made till January 18 of 2006 inclusive. January 14 register of holders of KZ2CKY03B062 issue bonds of Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty) (KASE's official "A" listing category, KKGBb3; KZT15,000, KZT7.5 bn.; January 15, 04 - January 15, 07, semi- annual coupon, 7.00% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the fourth coupon payment. On January 14 of 2006 the bonds will be quoted on KASE without accumulated interest. January 15 - planned date, on which Kazkommertsbank JSC is to pay the fourth coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY03B062 (KKGBb3) issue bonds. If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT262.5 m. According to issue terms the payment is to be made on January 16 of 2006. January 15 register of holders of KZ2CKY05A473 issue bonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) (KASE's official "A" listing category, BRKZb1; KZT1,000, KZT4.500 bn.; February 15, 02 - February 15, 07, semi-annual coupon indexed on tenge devaluation, 8.50% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the eighth coupon payment. Since January 17 till February 15 of 2006 the bonds will be quoted on KASE without accumulated interest. January 15 - planned date, on which Atyraumunaygasgeologiya JSC (Atyrau) is to pay the face value and the tenth coupon to holders of its KZ2C4AUC1A24 issue bonds (KASE's official "B" listing category, AMGGb1; $100, $1.0 m.; January 15, 01 - January 15, 06, semi-annual coupon, 8.00% APR). If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be equivalent of KZT40.0 th. in tenge at the rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, effective on coupon payment date.
