According to this decision: Managing director, member of the Board of Temirbank JSC Konkushev S.A. is elected as chairman of the Board of directors of Temirleasing JSC; Managing director, member of the Board of Temirbank JSC Kebirov A.A. is elected as member of the Board of directors of Temirleasing JSC; Senior auditor of company Ernst&Yong Tursunkulov D is elected as member of the Board of directors of Temirleasing JSC - Independent director.
