Alliance Bank JSC floated eurobonds for $200 m.

/INTERFAX-AFI, Moscow, November 16, 05/ - Kazakhstan commercial Alliance bank floated five-year eurobonds for $200 m. under 9% APR, floatation organizers were ABN Amro, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd, Bloomberg agency informed. Alliance bank is one the ten biggest banks of Kazakhstan. As of October 1, 2005 the bank's assets were KZT228.3 bn. ($1.7 bn.), shareholders equity - KZT27 bn. ($200 m.). At present time the bank's branch net accounts 14 branches and 49 cash settlement divisions in 19 cities of Kazakhstan. Alliance bank has ratings of international rating agency Moody's Investors Service: rating of long term liabilities in foreign currency "Ва2" (prognosis "positive"), rating of short term liabilities in foreign currency "NP" and rating of financial stability "Е+" (prognosis "positive "); of agency Fitch Ratings - long term rating at the level "B+", short term - "B", individual - "D".
