/KASE, November 14, 05/ - Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz JSC (Almaty), which is financial consultant on issue of promissory notes of Mining and smelting concern Kazakhaltyn JSC (Spepnogorsk, Akmolinsk oblast, hereinafter - Company), informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that by the decree of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2005 #140 the Company was assigned status of first-rate issuer of promissory notes with inventory limit in the amount KZT500 m.
