/KASE, October 27, 05/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has informed KASE by the official letter that on October 3 of 2005 there was registered the bank's subsidiary organization ALB Finance B.V., Netherlands on the territory of kingdom of Netherlands. The proper permission, a copy of which has been given to KASE, was given to the bank by Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision o September 30 of 2005 under 343 number.
