The bank's register holder is REGISTER JSC (Almaty). According to the extract announced authorized capital of Alliance Bank JSC as of the above date was KZT28.0 bn. Number of announced shares - - 2,800,000, out of them 2,750,000 common and 50,000 privileged shares. As of September 30, 2005 the bank floated 2,440,715 common and 50,000 privileged shares, price of floatation - KZT10,000.00 per shares. Total number of shareholders- 38.
