FSA registered the 1st bond issue of Ornek XXI JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, October 6, 05/ - Ornek XXI JSC (Almaty), whose common shares are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of certificate issued by Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated September 5 of 2005 about the state registration of the company's first bond issue. According to the certificate the issue volume is KZT4.0 bn. while security's face value is KZT100.00. The issue has been divided into 40.0 m. coupon unsecured bonds, which have been assigned KZ2CKY05B703 national identification number.
