/KazTransOil JSC, October 4, 05/ - Average number of employees of KazTransOil JSC in the 1 half of 2005 was 6,743; Total number of employees, who passed teaching in January - June of 2005 is 1304 persons, including teaching in Teaching combine of Western branch in Aktau city (998 persons). KazTransOil JSC carries out a big work on preparing personnel from among graduates of secondary schools within the Program "Participation of KazTransOil CJSC in realization of the State program "Auyl". Major purpose of the program is preparation of specialists and formation of conditions for employment of village youth in Kazakhstan's pipeline transport system. At present 96 persons from multi-children families living in villages of South- Kazakhstan, Atyrau, West-Kazakhstan oblasts, study at the company's expense in colleges of West Kazakhstan; KazTransOil JSC traditionally holds competitions; In January - June of 2005 KazTransOil JSC made sponsor and charitable aid for a total of KZT129,638 th. The considerable part of charitable funds of the company is mainly given to children organizations in all regions, where company's structural branches are stationed: Atyrau, Mangistau, West- Kazakhstan, Aktyubinsk, Jezkazgan, South-Kazakhstan oblasts. - In June the Company acted as the general sponsor of the 5th Republican festival of creative work of children with limited abilities "Nazar - Vzglyad - View 2005", organized by Social union "Society of children-disabled of Astana city". The competition was organized for KZT2 m. given by the company; - According to the decision taken by KazTransOil JSC each veteran and worker of back areas was given KZT50,000 and presents. Each pensioner was given KZT10,000. Besides, every month the Company makes welfare for pensioners, its former employees. [2005-10-04]
