Bank Caspian appointed Citigroup as a lead-manager of debut eurobonds

/REUTERS, London, September 26, 05/ - Kazakhstan bank Caspian appointed financial group Citigroup as a lead-manager of debut eurobonds, Citigroup informed on Monday. Caspian is assigned rating of issuer at the level "Ва2" by Moody's Investors Service agency and "B+" - by Standard & Poor's agency. Message of Citigroup says, that bonds will be issued for three-year term. Since September 29 the bank will start road-show in Asia and Europe, and floatation itself will be based on the market conjuncture. [2005-09-26]
