Board of directors of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) decided to float additionally issued common shares of the bank

/KASE, August 12, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter that the bank's Board of directors dated August 9, 2005 have taken decision about floatation of additionally issued 5,000,000 bank's common shares (KZ1C36280010). Flotation price of each common share will be not less than KZT200.00.
