/IRBIS, Ranida Gabdeyeva, August 5, 05/ - In July of 2005 on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) 161 deals were made in government securities (GS) purchase and sale sector for a total of KZT41,835.2 m. (equivalent of $308.5 m.) or 4.3% of total exchange's turnover of the month (in June - 4.8%). In comparison with June of 2005 the sector's turnover has decreased by 29.0% in tenge and by 29.7% in dollar terms. Relative to July of 2004 the turnover has decreased by 0.4% in tenge and by 0.5% in dollar terms.
