/KASE, August 4, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), which acts as Representative of holders of the following mortgage bonds of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (Almaty): - KZ2CKY05B216 issue (KASE's official "А" listing category, KZIKb5; KZT1, KZT5,000.0 m.; June 1, 04 - June 1, 09, indexed by inflation rate semiannual coupon, 7.49% APR); - KZ2CKY07B220 issue (KASE's official "А" listing category, KZIKb6; KZT1, KZT5,000.0 m.; June 1, 04 - April 1, 11 indexed by inflation rate semiannual coupon, 7.49% APR); informed by the official letter Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) that Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC meets solvency criteria over its liabilities. Message of Bank CenterCredit JSC says that according to the analysis data of financial position of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC and conclusion of independent auditor as on July 1, 2005 the company is stable and solvent.
