In Corporation Ordabasy JSC (Kazakhstan) President is changed and Chairman and Secretary of the Board of directors are elected

/KASE, July 29, 05/ - Corporation Ordabasy JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) "A" listing category, informed KASE about change of President, and also reelection of Chairman and Secretary of the company's Board of directors. Company's message says, that by the decision of the Board of directors (minutes СД-07/20 dated July 20, 2005) Dinmukhamet A. Idrisov is elected as President and Secretary of the Board of directors of Corporation Ordabasy JSC, Askar B. Sembin - Chairman of the Board of directors. Corporation Ordabasy JSC also informed, that General meeting of its shareholders decided to increase the company's liabilities by KZT20,000,000,000 through issuance of bonds within bond program. Board of directors of Corporation Ordabasy JSC decided to issue bonds within the first bond program for the amount KZT6.0 bn. in pursuance of decision of shareholders general meeting. Besides Corporation Ordabasy JSC informed KASE about purchase of 52,500 common shares (25% from placed securities) of Insurance company AMANAT INSURANCE JSC. [2005-07-29]
