FSA registered the 1st bond issue of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) within the 1st bond program

/KASE, July 27, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented KASE a copy of certificate issued by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (AFS) dated July 26, 2005 about the state registration of the first bond issue within the bank's first bond program. According to the certificate the issue volume is KZT2.0 bn. while security's face value is KZT1,000.00. The issue has been divided into 2,0 m. coupon unsecured subordinate bonds, which have been assigned KZPC1Y10B659 national identification number.
