DANABANK JSC (Kazakhstan) about changes in its Executive committee

/KASE, July 22, 05/ - DANABANK JSC (Pavlodar), whose common shares are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has informed KASE that by the decision of the Board of directors dated July 1 of 2005 Zh. Usenova has been excluded from the bank's Executive committee because of discharge. M. Mizambayev the acting deputy Chairman of Executive committee has been included in the staff of Executive committee of DANABANK JSC. Besides, DANABANK JSC has informed about transfer of N. Yershova from the position of the chief of banking operations registration department to the post of the chief of Accounting department - acting deputy chief accountant of the bank. [2005-07-22]
