FSA registered a bond program of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) for KZT50 bn.

/Bank CenterCredit JSC, July 15, 05/ - Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (AFS) on July 6, 2005 completed state registration of bond program under B65 number. Issue volume of bond program equals to KZT50 bn. Increase of liabilities of the Bank through issue of bond program was approved by Annual general meeting of shareholders dated May 18, 2005. According to Law About securities market, within bond program the Bank has right to execute several bonds issues, also with different structure of each issue, determined by corresponding prospect. Within bond program the Bank intends to issue subordinate bonds, mortgage bonds and other types of bonds. Assets of Bank CenterCredit JSC for 2004 grew by 81% and equaled to KZT148.4 bn. Shareholders' equity increased in a year by 64% and equaled to KZT12.2 bn. as on the end of 2004. Net profit of Bank CenterCredit JSC for 2004 grew in comparison with 2003 in 1.9 times and equaled to KZT2.4 bn. Growth of loan portfolio in 2004 equaled to 76% and in amount equaled to KZT91.4 bn. Portfolio of retail credits in comparison with last year grew in 2.3 times and equaled to KZT19.2 bn. Urgent deposits of clients in comparison with last year grew in 2.1 times and equaled to KZT68.4 bn. Interest earnings grew in comparison with last year in 1.7 times and equaled to KZT12.3 bn., mainly due to growth of interest earnings on loan portfolio. Return of equity (ROE) for 2004 equaled to 26%, and return on assets (ROA) equaled to 2.1%. Bank CenterCredit JSC is one the five biggest banks of Kazakhstan. As on April 1, 2005 bank has 19 branches and 100 cash settlement divisions within the whole territory of Kazakhstan. Bank CenterCredit JSC has long term rating on banking deposits in foreign currency Ba1 from rating agency Moody's Investors Service. On February 11, 2005 the bank issued eurobonds for the amount USD200 m. with maturity term in 2008 and interest rate in 8%.
