FSA approved report about results of offering of shares of UKTMC JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, July 12, 05/ - Ust-Kamenogorsk titanium-magnesium combine JSC (UKTMC JSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk), whose shares are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has presented to KASE a copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated June 16 of 2005 about approval of the report about results of bank's shares offering. Share issue of UKTMC JSC consisting of 1,942,380 common shares KZ1C05500018 and 107,910 privileged shares KZ1P05500114 was registered by FSA on March 15 of 2005. According to notification, as of January 13 of 2005 shares had been entirely offered and paid. Authorized capital has been formed in the amount of KZT169,245,580. [2005-07-12]
