Schedule of events on corporate debt market of Kazakhstan from July 11 till July 17 of 2005

July 14 - register of holders of KZ2CKY03В062 issue bonds of Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty) (KASE's official "A" listing category, KKGBb3; KZT15,000, KZT7,500.0 m.; January 15, 04 - January 15, 07, 7.00% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the third coupon payment. On July 14 and 15 of 2005 bonds will be quoted on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. July 15 - Kazkommertsbank JSC pays the third coupon to holders of its KZ2CKY03В062 bonds. If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be KZT262.5 m. July 15 - register of holders of KZ2CKY05A473 issue bonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) (KASE's official "A" listing category, BRKZb1; KZT1,000, KZT4,500 m.; February 15, 02 - February 15, 07; semi- annual coupon indexed on tenge devaluation, 8.50% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for the seventh coupon payment. Since July 15 till August 15 bonds will be quoted on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) without accumulated interest. July 15 - Atyraumunaygasgeologiya JSC (Atyrau) pays the ninth coupon to holders of its KZ2C4AUC1A24 bonds (KASE's official "B" listing category, AMGGb1; $100, $1.0 m.; January 15, 01 - January 15, 06, semi-annual coupon, 8.00% APR). If all bonds are in circulation sum of the payment will be equivalent of USD40.0 th. in tenge at the rate of the National Bank of Kazakhstan on the date preceding to payment date. July 16 - register of holders of KZ2CUY03A396 issue mortgage bonds of JB LARIBA-BANK JSC (Almaty) (KASE's official "B" listing category, LARIb1; KZT156,000, KZT156.0 m.; August 16, 01 - August 16, 05; semi-annual coupon indexed on tenge devaluation, 7.75% APR) is fixed. Register is fixed for payment of the eighth coupon and face value because of securities repayment.
