/KASE, July 1, 05/ - Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) published today on its web-site Act of the check up of financial condition of Kazakhstan Mortgage Company JSC (KMC, Almaty) dated May 6 of 2005 made by the Representative of holders of KMC's mortgage bonds of following issues: KZ2CKY03A676 (KZIKb1), KZ2CKY10A853 (KZIKb2), KZ2CKY10B075 (KZIKb4), KZ2CKY07B303 (KZIKb7), KZ2CKY10B315 (KZIKb8). Bondholders' Representative is Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty). KMC's financial condition has been estimated in order to determine stability, paying capacity and liquidity of the issuer, as well as his ability to meet obligations concerning the next coupon payment to holders of agent mortgage bonds KZ2CKY03A676 (KZIKb1).
